About Downtown Dempsey’s

For over 30 years, the original Dempsey’s Restaurant was a beloved favorite in town. The original owners of Dempsey’s Restaurant, Mike and Char, started the business with the original goal of bringing quality food to the local residents of Adrian, MI. Treating customers like our family is our highest priority. 

Among those loyal customers were the Sieler family. Les and Mary Sieler were avid fans of the Timeless Torpedo and Dempsey’s homemade pizzas. Dempsey’s Restaurant was one of the Sielers’ favorite places to hang out.

Mixing the old with the new, Downtown Dempsey’s has incorporated the stellar original recipes into a modern menu. With homemade, fresh ingredients each sub, sandwich, pizza, and sweet treat are still hand-crafted.
