A lot of people ask us about our subs and sandwiches, and how they got their names. The sandwiches are named after people who are special to Tiffany.
We love to test flavor combinations, keeping in mind that people enjoy homemade traditional subs with quality ingredients that make your mouth want more! Each sandwich is hand-made, using only top-quality ingredients.
Below is a brief explanation and history of our sub sandwich creations.

THE TIMELESS TORPEDO-
An original Dempsey’s recipe with seven Italian meats, three cheese varieties then topped with lettuce, tomatoes, vinegar, oil and Italian seasonings! All toasted to perfection on a sub bun.
BIG FLAT GREEK SANDWICH-
The sandwich that can be filled with gyro meat or left alone for vegetarian style! Ciabatta bread filled with feta, spinach, cucumbers, tomatoes, red onion, banana peppers then smothered in a fresh Tzatziki sauce.
We have about a dozen authentic Italian specialty subs and sandwiches to choose from!

Charming Char’s – This wonderful sandwich is named after Char Dempsey. It includes Provolone, Ham, and Mortadella, topped with lettuce, tomatoes, vinegar, oil & Italian Seasonings.
Joan’s Jubilee – We named this sandwich after Tiffany’s grandmother, Joan Condon. We like the combination of Provolone, Ham, and Capicola, topped with lettuce, tomatoes, vinegar, oil & Italian Seasonings.
Mighty Mike’s – Named after Mike Dempsey, this has a lot inside! We layer Provolone, Capicola, Mortadella, Prosciutto, and Salami and top it off with lettuce, tomatoes, vinegar, oil & Italian Seasonings.
Tanner’s Toasted Tuna Pita Pocket- Named after and inspired by Tiffany’s husband, it’s a pita stuffed with tuna, mayo, onions, celery and cheddar cheese then toasted just right!
Grandpa Sam’s Sammie– Named after Tanner’s Grandpa, this is an improved B.L.T. on our 8″ sub bun. It includes a cheese blend, premium bacon toasted and topped with lettuce, tomato, cucumber and mayo.
Pennsylvania Pig– A sandwich inspired by Philly Cheesesteaks Cousin! A baked sandwich with sausage, white onion, double provolone, mushrooms, and green pepper.
The Incredible Miss Izzy– Inspired by a Dempsey’s family member, this sandwich is toasted with provolone and ham then topped with lettuce, tomatoes, vinegar, oil, and Italian Seasonings.
Delectable Dee’s– an authentic Italian sub named after Tiffany’s Grandma. It’s made with provolone, ham, and salami and then topped with the lettuce, tomatoes, vinegar, oil and Italian Seasonings.
